The Logan Royals are a collegiate summer baseball team that competes in the historic Northern Utah League. The league consists mainly of current college baseball players from around the country. The 2020 season will mark the 101st year of the Northern Utah League. When Logan first joined the league in 1919 they called themselves the Collegians as many players were currently attending Utah State University in Logan, UT.
Each season the Logan Royals recruit talented players from local and regional Universities and Colleges to have fun playing baseball and enjoy what the community has to offer. We'll consider recent High School graduates and former professional and college players as well.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Chris Pfatenhauer
Head Coach
Dixie State University
" I encourage each of my players to play summer ball and to have a great experience outside of baseball. Doug Anthony and the Logan Royals provide all that I'm looking for in a summer baseball program. Logan is a great place to spend the summer playing baseball and enjoying what the area has to offer."
Mitch Berryhill
Cal State Fullerton
NCAA All American
"For me, playing in the NUL brought fun back to baseball, it made me really love the game. The number of talented, college athletes that play make it a premier summer league. I made lifelong friends with not only teammates but with some of the guys on the teams we play against. I'd recommend it to any player looking to have fun and develop their skills. "
